He is eligible to run. He’d have to be at least 88.

Well, he won’t run, but Jimmy Carter #2 (aka B. Obama) has about a 100% chance of running.

he ran for president in 1976 and 1980, the answer is no ,he can’t run again because of term limits

The chances are …none. He has no desire to.

He could but he will not.

    Thanks for the points.

No chance but I just wanted to mention about someone who answered earlier. He won in 76 but didn’t win in 80 so he has only served one term. That means he is eligible. Just like George Bush Sr.

    Zero, and very old.

Seriously doubt he will, he is very old and senile

Are you serious? He is one of the worst presidents in history!

Carter will be giving advice to Obama upon request probably has an open door policy with Obama since Carter is an ex-President.Obama will accept his advice and make the final decision. Obama will listen to anyone who has a good idea.

    Obama/Biden!
