I’m looking back at past presidents (as we come to an important election November 4th).

I was only a little kid when Jimmy Carter was president, so I wasn’t aware how much of an impact he made when he was in office.

I understand he is still active politically; but was he a president that moved the country forward or backward? What was the general consensus?
